Welcome To God Was Always There
Welcome fellow traveler through this thing called life.
I am excited that you have joined the God Was Always There in the Midst community. As you travel through this thing called life, there are always little signs that you are not alone on this journey.
My prayer for you while you are a part of this community is that you would recognize, observe, truly feel, and experience more powerfully the presence of God.
Recently, I have come to the realization that through my life's journey I have gone through many experiences, some of which could have resulted in my death. The fact that I am still here reminds me that I am able to share the diverse experiences I have now come to recognize as God's presence throughout my life.
I will be sharing with you some of the stories of those experiences and pray that we will be able to engage in dialogues about the trials and tribulations as well as the joys and celebrations that each of us have experienced along the way.
Here is what you can expect by being part of the God Was Always There in the Midst community:
A community of people who are at various stages in their relationship with Jesus Christ but have one common desire: to grow in recognizing the presence of God in their life.
Inspiration to help you deepen your relationship with God so that you may fully experience and embrace His love.
Tools to help you open your heart, share your stories, and lean into your journey of seeing and discovering the presence of God in your life.
Biblical examples of those who have walked a similar journey to discover the presence of God in their lives.
Bible verses to encourage and support you in your journey.
Journal prompts for digging deep and uncovering stories from your journey.
I invite you to be an active part of the community by sharing your life's journey and stories so they can minister to others along their path. There are so many people in the world hurting and looking for a light to show them the way. My prayer is that we can be that light in the world.Â
"Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid". This verse is part of a passage that continues, "Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house". The verse continues, "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven". Matthew 5:14 KJV
I am so excited that you are here and look forward to doing this journey with you.
Here's to all of us growing in our relationship with Jesus Christ and feeling more strongly the presence of God in our lives.
May His Presence Be With You, Sandie
